The Art Library Advance Reservation Service ①

※This is not an Exhibition Reservation System. Use this reservation service if you wish to visit the Art Library.
※Please note that there may be a delay in sending a reservation confirmation e-mail on weekends and holidays.
※Please note that once you make a reservation, you are not able to change the date and time or materials. If you wish to change them, please click the URL in our e-mail to cancel your reservation and then make a reservation again.

【Open Hours】
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (except for national holidays)
※Please make a reservation at least 1 week before the reservation date.

【Time Slots】​
11:00-12:00 (up to 2 persons), 12:30-14:30 (up to 3 persons), 15:00-17:00 (up to 3 persons)
※Only one time slot can be reserved per person. Your time in the library may not be extended on the day of your visit. Please refrain from taking multiple reservations on the same day.
※Only the person who made a reservation is allowed to enter the reading room (except for those who need physical assistance).

【Number of Titles you may request】​
Up to 5 Titles​​
※Please note that you are not able to request additional materials to read on the day of your visit.

【Available Materials】​
Only the materials located in the reading room and closed stacks at the Art Library (Main Building 3F) are available. (The materials located in the Art Library Annex are unavailable)​
※To make a reservation materials title and ID must be added in the reservation form. For journals, volume number, issue number, and date are required.
※The materials marked with “Unavailable” in the Location column in the OPAC results are unavailable.
※The materials marked with “利用中”, “補修中”, or “利用中” in the Notes or Status columns in the OPAC results may be unavailable.

【Cancellation】
To cancel your reservation, click the URL in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
